SLSA Hut Decorating Contest

It was time to get our holiday spirit on and decorate our huts at Solace Dreams. The contest is designed to raise funds by having people vote on their favorite decorated hut. I was excited that the Surf Side hut got 10 votes! Until I wandered next door and saw they had 192. Oh well, it is the thought that counts 🙂

SLSA 2013 Season 2 Awards Ceremony

It is that time of the year to dig deep in our inventories, past the boardies, kinis, and rashies, and find our fancy duds.

The Awards Ceremony to celebrate the SLSA Second Season of 2013 has been scheduled for January 4th 2014 at the Coronado Ballroom at 11:00am SLT.

The Coronado Ballroom, is on the San Diego City sim next to the SLSA home sim on Solace Dreams.

In addition to naming the top 10 finishers for the season, awards will be given for team performance, Hall of Fame inductees, the Angel Award, the Sportsperson Award and more.

SLSA Tsunami Beach Pro Results

First off, I apologize for getting this out a little late, but I was a tad busy yesterday. Just check out the results 😉

I can’t tell you how excited I was yesterday. So we have to await the final results for the season for a bit.  And the surfers had to endure being caught in the rip-tide seam of the wave and surf-offs. But it was such an awesome day, I think we can forgive any shortcomings. I don’t know about anybody else, but it was the perfect end to my season. I am already sorry it is over and impatient for the next season to start.
