Fiinally its time for the fun to start! Here are the details for this season, times will be confirmed closer to events.

Feb 25th – Bundy Reef – HP5 (Personal or Rezzer) – Maoli 4All – 12pm SLT
March 25th – Solace Dreams – SSi Longboard (TBD) – Sunset Wave
April 22nd – Tsunami – Solace Dreams – LSD (Rezzer only) – Maoli 100m Freestyle
May 20th – Bluff Cove – C-3 (Personal or Rezzer) – Maoli Freestyle and Swell.
June 24th – T’ai – SSi Shortboard (TBD) – TBD

As this marks the end of my term as director, I would like to welcome Liberty Justice, Shannon Cardalines, and Kris Marley to the Board. They are joining Nash LaVille and Petra Xaris.

SLSA Call for Venues

SLSA is searching for surf sims that would like to host competition events for next season.  The competition itself can be held on a Homestead of Full sim. But there must be a full sim attached to it (not diagonally) for the spectator stands.  This is guaranteed to bring the surfers out to your sim, and maybe make it their new favorite.

US Vans Open of Surfing

The Vans US Open of Surfing is coming up…This  is a WSL event:  CT event for ladies and QS for men. July 25-31 on the WSL website.

Saturday July 9th was the awards ceremony and party to celebrate the end of the season. As always, it was fun and eventful. DJ Reignie gave us excellent tunes from the 80s to dance to afterwards.  Thanks to Rayz for lending us the Waterfront Theatre and Curshaw for being an awesome host!
